Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control occasionally result in item(s) that are out of stock. You will be informed via email if an item(s) is placed on back order. These item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available. If this is unacceptable please contact customer service to cancel your back ordered item(s).

Returns
Within 30 Days of receiving your order, you may return any or all items in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund, less shipping. We will refund you in the same form of payment received within 7 business days of receiving your return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Gift orders will be credited back to the original purchasers. Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost. Sorry, we do not perform exchanges, if you would like to request a return please contact customer service and select the subject "Return Request". Orders returned without approved RA#'s will be refused, any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
