Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.

Returns
Just Sports will accept returns within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Items must be in new condition. Items that do not fit this description will be returned to the customer. There will be a 15% re-stock fee for items that were shipped without error. Just Sports is not responsible for return shipping charges.
