Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.

Returns
Within 30 Days of receiving your order, you may return any or all items in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund, less shipping. We will refund you in the same form of payment received within 7 business days of receiving your return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Gift orders will be credited back to the original purchasers. Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost. If you would like to request a return please contact customer service and select the subject "Return Request". Orders returned without approved RA#'s will be refused, any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. No Exchanges.
