Shipping
All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering. We CAN NOT ship to a po box, or to a FPO/APO A valid street address is needed. If your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, your account will be charged the $6 UPS fee

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.
Returns
We would be happy to refund or exchange most unused products. Please visit our Customer Service page for any questions reguarding returns or exchanges. Or send the item back to us and please include a copy of yur order and your request
