Store Policies

All of our products are guaranteed to give complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, please contact customer service.

Shipping
All in-stock merchandise is shipped via FedEx within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship Monday through Friday, unless falling on a holiday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends. FedEx requires a physical street address and not a PO Box. Please specify the company name if shipping to a business. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to military addresses via USPS.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
When you order an item and it is out of stock, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. We will not bill your credit card until after we ship the item, and we will not charge you additional shipping for backordered items. To Change or Cancel an Order After it has been placed, please email us.

Returns
Returns are accepted within thirty days of purchase. As long as merchandise is in its original condition, and is accompanied by the original receipt, we will credit your account.
