Shipping
At Johnny T-shirt we want to ensure quality service even after your order has left our warehouse. To achieve this end, orders are shipped primarily through the U.S. Postal System's Priority Mail Service. Some larger packages as well as Next Day and Second Day packages may ship via UPS. Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If your order is being sent to a North Carolina address it should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders being shipped to all other states in the Continental U.S. should arrive within 3-10 business days. If you need your order faster, we also offer Next Day and 2 Day Delivery. For same day shipping on these faster delivery services, online orders must be received by 8am EST. If there are any questions regarding your order we will email you within 2 business days. Otherwise your order will ship in the timely manner previously explained. PLEASE NOTE that you will NOT receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. Also we do not support the CollegeGear online order status report, so it will not reflect your actual ship date. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order please email us between 10am and 6pm EST Monday - Friday.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made.

Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason, simply mail it back to us with the following information: Customer #, Order #, Name, Address, Daytime and Evening Phone #'s, Reason for Return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. There will not be an additional shipping charge for exchanges. We cannot accept responsibility for return packages lost in the mail, and therefore, highly recommend insured US Mail or UPS so that you will have a record of your return.
