The band of the watch is genuine black leather that is .75" wide. The 23K gold plated face has the University Seal etched on the center. The numbers are done in Roman Numerals(I, II, III, IV,..etc). The hands of the watch are black. The buckle of the band is gold plated as well. The watch comes in a box lined with burgundy felt and covered in grey felt (similar to an rectangular ring box).
